My journey

I started at a young age to build, with Lego bricks, insurmountable walls and improbable buildings where to arrange ranks of toy soldiers. As I grew, the discovery In cavalier and isometric axonometry, as a teenager, I was able to create 3D objects using recycled cardboard from various boxes: spaceships and robots from the late 70s offered plenty of models and inspiration.

I then chose to pursue higher education that would be creative and at the same time allowed me to take advantage of the Feeling with logic and mathematics.

The Zuccante Technical Institute of Mestre, in 1980, he offered me the chance to enroll in one of the first “experimental electronics” courses, meaning those focused on the use of development boards microprocessor and that digital still nascent then in our daily lives but which would forever change the future of humanity.

At 16, the first programmable calculator, a TI 58C, where C stood for “constant memory,” meaning programs that were entered were not erased when the device was turned off.
At 18, my first home computer, a Commodore 64 on which I discovered my calling as an innovative researcher.

THE FIRST JOB

Three years as Junior developer firmware in a large company, then the leap out of the comfort zone to become at 24 years old unique Firmware manager of a small plant supplier company automotive for the Fiat group.
Transfers throughout Italy, sleepless nights, Responsibility growing and above all the awareness of wanting to be protagonist of my daily commitment – in the idea that you are building your own path – much more than a work.

I have gained important experiences long-term in various organizations, with roles such as Designer software a Design Area Manager in the sector of telecommunications. In the middle, a two-year interim period like Promoter Financial (fundamental for developing empathy e communication, and understand how much a customer will choose you and the trust in you before your products).

In the 2000 I decide to found the mia first company with two colleagues, experts in the fields of graphics and the Linux operating system.
A few years later, each of us would go on to pursue our own path in our respective fields as established professionals.

26 years of commitment: multi-year contracts full-time engagements concluded at the end of the project or because the client's business evolution required institutional suppliers. Furthermore, companies exposed to the 2008 crisis were forced to reduce investments in consulting and innovation.
As the working reality changed, I grew: new technologies, new markets, and new challenges.

Today, the commitment remains growth, also implementing AI solutions and new technologies, strengthened by a decade of experience that also emerges, above all, in taking on challenges and finding innovative solutions to manage them.
